Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locality Manager to lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role:

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that care is personalized and responsive to each individual's evolving needs.

You will uphold high standards of quality and compliance within our services, providing guidance and support to your team to foster exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to your team
  • Uphold high standards of quality and compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in a deputy or management role, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our services
  • NVQ Level 4 or above, or QCF Level 5 in Management (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration
  • Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed
  • A full driving licence
