Job Title: Senior Care Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that care is personalized and responsive to each individual's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of quality and compliance within our services.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, fostering exceptional care delivery.
- Work closely with adults of all ages who have learning disabilities, complex care needs, and may present challenging behaviours.
Requirements:
- Experience in a deputy or management role, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our services.
- NVQ Level 4 or above, or QCF Level 5 in Management (or willingness to work towards it).
- Ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration.
