Job Overview

In this role, you will provide educational and learning support to young adults with varying needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex health conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist these individuals in accessing their SEN alternative education and achieving positive outcomes aligned with their EHCPs.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality education and learning support to Service Users, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeded.
  • To maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback to Hub Managers.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging learning sessions and activities.
  • To ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all Service Users.
  • To stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Benefits and Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of £18,118.75 per annum, paid 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with additional benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefits platform.
