Safeguarding Deputy Lead
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Safeguarding Deputy Lead at one of our partner schools. As a key member of the school's safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in promoting and protecting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:- To undertake early help assessments for identified pupils and their families, and act as lead professional where appropriate.
- To participate in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings, contributing to the assessment of children.
- To maintain accurate and organised records of welfare and child protection concerns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
