We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy School Director to lead our Chamberlain site, with a proven track record of improving educational provision and outcomes for young people with special educational needs.

  • Significant experience of working in a special school at a leadership level is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of the wide range of profiles and needs of Autistic children and young people.

A strong belief that pupils who have severe learning difficulties and multiple learning difficulties can achieve is essential. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Chamberlain site team to deliver high-quality education services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
