Lead Education Director for Autism Services

We are seeking an experienced Lead Education Director to join our team at Penny Tree School in Kings Norton, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education services for students with complex needs, including Autism.
About UsPenny Tree School is a new Options Autism school, due to open in April 2025. We are part of Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of care and education services for individuals with Autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- To provide leadership and guidance on educational matters, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- To work closely with the Head Teacher and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
- To oversee the development and implementation of curriculum plans, aligned with the Regulatory Body's standards.
- To manage staff, ensuring effective teaching and learning practices are in place.
- To monitor student progress, setting targets to achieve planned outcomes.
- Relevant experience in teaching pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and challenging behaviors.
- Proven track record of managing staff and budgets effectively.
- Degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
