**Job Title: Primary SEN Teacher Position**

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our team. As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalized education to pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and SEMH.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with complex SEN.
  • Implement trauma-informed behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with therapy professionals and other staff to support pupil development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

**About You:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils with complex needs.

Protocol Education offers ongoing support, payment through PAYE, and accredited CPD training courses.
