Sales and Business Development Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at MAN Commercial Protection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales calls and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Management Team on sales performance and pipeline
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and ability to show initiative
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds
- B2B sales/telesales/business development experience advantageous
