Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at MAN Commercial Protection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales calls and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipeline
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Management Team on sales performance and pipeline

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and ability to show initiative
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds
  • B2B sales/telesales/business development experience advantageous

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
