About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Major Recruitment Sunderland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual bookings targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide consultative technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage the sales process from qualifying and quoting to negotiation and closing
- Grow new business from within existing and target customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and negotiate deals
- Strong knowledge of products and market trends
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
