About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Major Recruitment Sunderland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual bookings targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide consultative technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage the sales process from qualifying and quoting to negotiation and closing
  • Grow new business from within existing and target customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and negotiate deals
  • Strong knowledge of products and market trends
