Business Development Manager

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Solihull, West Midlands. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide weekly updates to the CEO on sales performance and progress.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
- Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break.
