Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Audi Sales Executive to join our team at Listers in Solihull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

* Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries
* Ensure every customer feels unique by understanding their needs and preferences
* Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data
* Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products

Requirements

* A valid UK driver's licence
* Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management
* Full training will be provided for those without motor trade experience
