Job Title: National Key Account Manager
Company: The Advocate Group
We are working in partnership with Laurent-Perrier UK, a leading champagne house and globally recognized luxury brand, to find a National Key Account Manager to support the optimization and development of their customer portfolio.
This role will oversee the management and development of your own accounts, as well as supporting the NAM on the wider On Trade channel. You will be the first point of contact for your customer base, ensuring existing customer needs are met and viable new business opportunities are created.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer business plans against volume/margin targets
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with current accounts
- Negotiate, manage, and evaluate annual JBPs
- Act as an ambassador for Laurent-Perrier and educate customers on the company brand and portfolio
- Seek new profitable National customers
About You:
- On-trade/wholesale experience is essential with customer contacts in the industry
- Experience within wine/champagne is preferred but all drinks will be considered
- Highly numerate, detailed, and an effective planner
- Strong communication and people skills
- Possess a passion for the industry
