RMX and Concrete Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Aggregate Industries UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through the introduction of new products and services.
About the CompanyWe are a leading supplier of aggregates and materials, with a strong commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are looking for talented individuals who share our values.
You will work closely with our technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and the integration of new solutions. You will also connect with key clients, offering tailored solutions that position you and the company as leaders in sustainable infrastructure projects.
The salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + your local bank holidays (with options to increase) and other benefits. We offer enhanced family benefits, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. We also provide a free 24/7 remote GP service for you and your household, opportunities for career progression both at home and abroad, staff discounts, and a company vehicle.
