Innovation Manager

Role Overview
The Sell Out Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and innovation across Samsung's European e-commerce channels. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, leveraging data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including subsidiary management and HQ teams
- Lead communications with HQ, EO, and subsidiary management to ensure alignment and adoption of e-store team objectives
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial e-commerce role, with a focus on revenue growth and innovation
- Excellent design skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations for senior leadership teams
- Ability to prioritize and influence projects, deliverables, and collaborators
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
