The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing production processes, managing maintenance activities, and supervising staff to ensure efficient operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the central engineering and safety teams to uphold standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of production machinery, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., high-pressure pumps, conveyors, shredders).
  • Coordinate with the central engineering team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve exceptional results.

What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus a KPI bonus of 2.5-5%. Additionally, they provide private medical insurance after a probationary period, a performance bonus, and more.
