Position Summary

As a Product Manager for Samsung's TV category, you will be responsible for creating and implementing product marketing plans to meet critical metrics. This role requires a strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry and the ability to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, product mix, and promotional recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage product lineups, including lineup optimization and initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and monitor sales and marketing investments to ensure accurate target plans and inventory balance.
  • Prepare and own forecasts for assigned categories and collaborate with supply chain, sales, and customers to ensure appropriate inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships across businesses and cultures.
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitors to create business opportunities.
  • Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and establish effective solutions.
