Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary:
Lipton Media, a leading media recruitment agency based in London, is seeking a highly ambitious Business Development Manager to join their high growth media business selling high-value, bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to a global client base within the exciting cyber security market.
About the Role:
- Generate new business opportunities and increase the sales pipeline by acquiring new prospects.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Pitch clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings, utilizing consultative selling techniques to close deals.
- Attend competitor events to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential new business opportunities.
About You:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in event sponsorship or delegate sales.
- A strong desire to sell and achieve revenue targets.
- Degree-educated and excellent communication skills.
- A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
What We Offer:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of £32,000 - £37,000, uncapped commission, and excellent benefits.
