About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Director to join our team at Finastra, based in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead strategic sales efforts and manage senior-level relationships across France, BeNeLux, and Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved in new business development, managing complex sales campaigns from inception to closure, and working closely with inside sales professionals.
  • You will work with a challenger sales approach, developing business relationships with senior executives and discussing their objectives, pains, and needs.
  • You will travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities and provide product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and sales closing services.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 10 years of sales experience in Europe, with a proven track record of selling into and managing strategic accounts.
  • You have a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, specifically relating to payments and payments processing across high-value payments, mass payments, and immediate payments in Europe.
  • You have proven experience in selling project services based on agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional teams and demonstrating C-level relationships across the top tier of the financial services sector.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally French.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
