Retail Partnerships Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Retail Partnerships Director to join our team at Collinson. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners to drive commercial growth and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage retailers in the UK and Ireland, optimising a mix of retailers to deliver against strategic and commercial requirements.
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of commercial packages with UK and Ireland retailers to align with agreed calendars, ensuring campaigns are developed to meet objectives and provide maximum value for money.
- Support the Retail Partnerships Director with planning and ensure alignment with overall global merchant development approach.
- Manage and maintain a network of ecommerce retailers for the UK and Ireland markets via local affiliate networks and direct partnerships.
- Work with the wider Retail Partnerships team to manage retailers and ensure objectives and calendars are aligned, and content is delivered to the highest standard possible.
Requirements
- Commercially oriented with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience of working with financial reporting processes, including invoicing and IOs.
- Ability to showcase experience of content management and campaign creation.
