Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our Oncology brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with global objectives
  • Represent the UK affiliate with global and area marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including experts and advocacy groups
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, prioritizing decisions and activities to maximize ROI
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex ecosystem barriers to drug usage, with a proven track record of success
  • Relevant strategic and operational experience, with a strong understanding of marketing and strategy principles
  • Hold a degree-level education or equivalent industry experience
  • High EQ and self-awareness, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills

What We Offer
