Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new product features to Channel Customers, helping them select products, and working with sales staff for sales targets.
  • Manage a product roadmap balancing delivery with value and aligned to the organizational strategy.
  • Provide product training to technical engineers for our channel customers and help them improve their technical knowledge.
  • Liaise with customers to collect product reviews, pro-actively contributing to the continuous improvement of technology processes through identifying customer feedback for improvement and implementing changes to product manager.
  • Actively assist our business partners such as distributors and resellers in Brand promotion, cooperating with the Dahua Marketing Team about promotional materials for customers to develop the company's business.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing multiple products and initiatives simultaneously with appropriate prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, door entry, video conference, VMS, cloud storage, video wall, video/audio matrix, network, and industrial drone products.
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence and set a clear direction for strategic workstreams.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical specialists.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide excellent benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
