Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across our key markets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, working closely with internal stakeholders, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across key markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.

- Manage complex projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of business development experience in an fmcg business.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
What We Offer:
