**Job Title:** Sales Business Development Manager
At Dahua UK & Ireland, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to lead our Inside Sales function. This role involves overseeing the ROI management of marketing tactics and qualifying sales leads using BANT+
- Support the sales team with effective campaigns, collaborating with external agencies as required.
- Manage sales telephone line, online chat, and emails.
- Qualify partner app registrations.
- Manage the sales CRM system, ensuring leads are passed on for effective action.
- Track lead performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- A logical and structured approach with the ability to create plans and engage stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to deal with pressure.
- Creative, organized, hardworking with excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated, conscientious, multi-tasking, strategic, and analytical.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Eligible to work in the UK and based in Maidenhead office with occasional business travel.
- >5 years inside sales experience including prospecting and lead nurturing is required.
- Excellent telephone sales understanding and manner is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
