About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted marketing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to align business goals, set targets, and monitor progress.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies, including market analysis and competitor research.
