Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal queries through personal inbox, phone inquiries, and sales inbox, ensuring timely and efficient responses to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Managers, Outbound Sales, and Business Development teams to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-volume sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to meeting sales targets and deadlines.
