Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Group, you will drive strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, fostering deep relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Your success will be instrumental in propelling BJSS forward and cementing its position as a leader in the tech consultancy space.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, focusing on high-value clients and partnerships
  • Build strong connections with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and promoting knowledge sharing throughout the organisation

Your Expertise:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting or technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and build long-lasting relationships
  • Familiarity with industry trends and technological advancements, with ability to leverage this expertise to drive business success
