Job Summary

Zudu seeks a visionary Managing Director to drive business growth and achieve financial success. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring financial strength, efficient operations, and successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure the financial sustainability of the business.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the software services or technology sector.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
