We're seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team as a Group Meeting Sales Director, responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key MICE clients.

**Role Overview:**

In this critical role, you'll create and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key MICE clients, including negotiation of contracts and terms
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and meetings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Lead the annual negotiation of preferred partnerships and develop targeted account plans

About You:

We're looking for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong relationships. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of success in MICE sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 29 days' holiday, access to an employee assistance programme, and opportunities for professional development.
