Travel Agent Sales Executive

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £25,000 + (Depending on skills and experience)

iTravel4u is seeking a dynamic Travel Agent Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.

About the Role
  • Utilise sales techniques to promote products or services and meet targets.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer interactions using software tools such as Sabre and Amadeus.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to new customers and expand the business.
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a related travel field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales management to streamline processes.
  • Desirable: experience of social media marketing to enhance brand presence.
