iTravel4u is seeking a dynamic Travel Agent Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.
About the Role- Utilise sales techniques to promote products or services and meet targets.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage customer interactions using software tools such as Sabre and Amadeus.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to new customers and expand the business.
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Proven experience in sales or a related travel field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales management to streamline processes.
- Desirable: experience of social media marketing to enhance brand presence.
