About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at ALLSAINTS Retail Limited. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives through the effective management of talent acquisition processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of business partnering principles and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand the future needs of the business and develop strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. This will involve maintaining a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect resourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand the future needs of the business and develop strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect resourcing.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that align with the business's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain a robust recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates are treated fairly and consistently.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to support the recruitment process.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure that the business is attracting and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the business's overall objectives.
