Recruitment Business Partner

Location: Kensington Office, London

Established in 1971, Mulberry is a prestigious fashion brand renowned for its luxury leather goods, proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom.

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Business Partner plays a pivotal role in talent acquisition, championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and supporting various HR projects.

This full-time position also accommodates candidates interested in flexible working arrangements, with options for 3 or 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for Director-level positions across the UK and Europe, focusing on Corporate, Retail, and Supply Chain sectors.
  • Assist Regional HR Business Partners in local market recruitment efforts globally.
  • Leverage ATS systems for managing live job openings and building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and conduct interviews for diverse roles.
  • Design and execute assessment centers aimed at high-volume recruitment.

  • Regularly report on applicant diversity metrics.
  • Contribute to the objectives of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy.
