We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our UK People & Culture/HR team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and serving as the primary liaison for designated regions and functions.

Demonstrating a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to grasp their strategic objectives, anticipate talent needs, and offer solutions and resources.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent and drive business growth.
  • Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Conduct proactive research to identify talent pools in emerging markets and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies and drive business success.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization, and apply insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies, with a focus on diversifying the workforce and driving business growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships effectively and ensure seamless integration with internal teams.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Convene's reputation as an employer of choice and drive business success.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Convene products and services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines, and ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with systems and technology, including HR & Recruitment Systems.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives to attract top talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Comfortable managing a requisition load of 10+ positions concurrently, on average.
  • Strategic thinker capable of anticipating future talent needs and growth opportunities, with a focus on driving business success.
  • Confident and proactive in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
