Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our UK team. As a key member of our People & Culture/HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business objectives and anticipate staffing needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct proactive research to identify talent pools in emerging markets and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple business partners, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies.
- Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms and analyze recruitment data to inform strategies.
- Vendor Management and Employer Branding
- Manage vendor relationships effectively and contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Convene's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience and promote Convene's brand.
- Business Partnership and Collaboration
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies, with a focus on diversifying the workforce.
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, preferably in hospitality or a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with systems and technology, including HR & Recruitment Systems.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives to attract top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
