Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, staying ahead of industry trends and market intelligence.
  • Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization, informing recruitment strategies and enhancing effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms, including Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies, with a focus on diversifying the workforce.
  • Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of recruitment services.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Convene's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
What We Look For
  • Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, preferably in hospitality or a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with systems and technology, including HR & Recruitment Systems.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives to attract top talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable managing a requisition load of 10+ positions concurrently, on average.
  • Strategic thinker capable of anticipating future talent needs and growth opportunities, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Confident and proactive in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
