Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, staying ahead of industry trends and market intelligence.
- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization, informing recruitment strategies and enhancing effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms, including Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies, with a focus on diversifying the workforce.
- Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Convene's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
- Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, preferably in hospitality or a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with systems and technology, including HR & Recruitment Systems.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives to attract top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable managing a requisition load of 10+ positions concurrently, on average.
- Strategic thinker capable of anticipating future talent needs and growth opportunities, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Confident and proactive in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
