Job Title: UK Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our UK People & Culture/HR team as we continue to expand our operations. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and staffing needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Source, screen, and assess potential candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity across all recruiting platforms, including Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective talent assessment and hiring strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships effectively and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Convene's products and services.
Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, preferably in hospitality or a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with systems and technology, including HR & Recruitment Systems.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable managing a requisition load of 10+ positions concurrently, on average.
  • Strategic thinker capable of anticipating future talent needs and growth opportunities.
  • Confident and proactive in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
