Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Strategy Lead to join our client's team in London. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service desk operations, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
About the Role:
In this critical position, you will utilise your expertise in ITIL frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement through optimising processes and identifying operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an ITIL Operations Manager role, with hands-on experience in IT service management.
- ITIL qualified.
- Expertise in ITIL frameworks and processes, with a strong track record in service desk operations.
