The ideal candidate will have significant experience in global service desk management, with a strong background in ITIL and ITSM frameworks. Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement is essential.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a geographically distributed service desk team, ensuring round-the-clock support to meet global business needs.

  • Establish and refine ITIL-based standard operating procedures and KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on service expectations and SLAs
  • Implement performance metrics and analyze data to improve service desk efficiency
