Global IT Service Desk Director

At La Fosse, we are seeking a seasoned Global IT Service Desk Director to lead our international service desk team and drive operational excellence. With a salary of £50,000 + 10% Bonus, this role offers a competitive package.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in global service desk management, with a strong background in ITIL and ITSM frameworks. Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement is essential.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a geographically distributed service desk team, ensuring round-the-clock support to meet global business needs.
- Establish and refine ITIL-based standard operating procedures and KPIs
