As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of our disengaged learners. Your expertise in Skills in English will be instrumental in helping our students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions that meet the learning needs of our students.
- To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- To maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You should also have a solid understanding of Skills in English and the ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different learners.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
