About the Role: As a Social Development Coach, you will work closely with students, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote students' personal and social growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students.

Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, experience teaching Personal Social Development (PSD), PSHE, or a related subject, and a strong understanding of the challenges young people face and strategies to support their development.

Salary: £180-£250 per day. A salary that reflects your expertise and qualifications, and provides a stable financial foundation for your future.
