We are seeking a highly experienced Academy Coaching Professional to join our team as a Foundation Phase Coach.

About Us

Derby County Football Club aims to continue providing talented young footballers for our first-team squad and become the go-to Academy for young players within our local area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions to support Academy Players in achieving their goals
  • Ensure completion and updating of all required certifications within specified timeframes
  • Liaise with parents/guardians to provide tailored development updates
  • Maintain a holistic approach to player development

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and coordinating coaching programmes, hold relevant certifications, and be certified with a UEFA B Coaching Certificate.

What We Offer

This part-time, fixed-term role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per annum, based on 20 hours of work per week, plus a training fee at £61. The successful candidate will be based at Derby County Training Centre but may require occasional travel.
