About us

We are seeking an exceptional Education Support Professional to join our team at Castleward Spencer Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning as a whole, working with small groups of pupils under the direction of the class teacher, and occasionally being responsible for the whole class in the absence of the teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve academic excellence
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Requirements
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality education and care for all students
