About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to fill the position of Teaching Assistant in our primary school setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support to students, working one-to-one and in small groups to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Assist the class teacher in maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism and other learning differences.
  • Be a positive role model and provide pastoral support to students, helping them develop socially and emotionally.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting.
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent desirable.
  • Caring, patient, and adaptable nature with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
