Clinical Skills Educator Position Available

We are seeking a Clinical Skills Educator to join our team and deliver high-quality training programmes and complete assessments, reviews, and completions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the Ofsted inspection framework, proven coaching, mentoring, and assessment skills, and a sector-specific qualification in healthcare with clinical experience.

This role is flexible and can be worked on a part-time basis. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Training Delivery: Arranging visits/contact with learners and line managers to induct, observe, and progress learners in the workplace.
  2. Assessment and Verification: Assessing the work of learners in/at the virtual and onsite classroom/workplace within set timeframes and ensuring own assessments are accurate and achieve verification.
  3. Coaching and Mentoring: Providing constructive, professional, and relevant feedback to learners in relation to their qualification.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintaining positive relations with learners, line managers, and all other stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
