About the Job

Link3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mentorship Coach in Education to join our team. As a Mentorship Coach, you will work closely with students in secondary schools, providing guidance and support to enhance their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver mentorship programs tailored to meet the needs of students.
  • Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust mentorship strategies accordingly.
  • Promote positive behaviour and sportsmanship among students through various activities and programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create personalized support plans for students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children or young people in a coaching, mentoring, or educational setting.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and behaviours.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Safeguarding principles understanding and commitment to promoting child welfare.
Estimated Salary Range

£28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
