We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lead Sports Mentors and Behaviour Coaches. The ideal candidates will have a background in sports, along with a desire to work within a Secondary school setting, providing mentorship and support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one and group mentorship sessions to students, focusing on sports engagement and behavioural development.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of sports-related activities and programs within the school.
  • Support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create personalized support plans for students.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

A minimum of £25,000 per annum salary is offered for this role. Benefits include competitive remuneration, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in a sports-related discipline (e.g., sports coaching, physical education).
  • Experience working with children or young people in a coaching, mentoring, or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
