Role Description

Teaching Personnel requires a skilled Behaviour Specialist to work with students in Derbyshire, addressing their unique needs and promoting academic progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualified teaching background, ideally with experience in behaviour management, and be comfortable working with children of primary and secondary age groups.

ThisBehaviour Specialist position offers a competitive salary of £20-£25 per hour, paid weekly, along with flexible working patterns and opportunities for full-time or part-time employment.

Duties
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans for each student
  • Collaborate with our consultant and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Relevant experience working with primary or secondary aged children
  • Familiarity with special educational needs and disability policies
