Family Assessment Team Leader Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Family Assessment Team in Derby. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in assessing and providing support to families in need.

The main responsibilities of this position include:
  • Leading a team of Family Assessors to conduct thorough assessments of family situations.
  • Developing and implementing effective support plans to meet the needs of families.
  • Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social work or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a competitive salary of £31,460 per annum.
