We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at our Family Assessment Centre in Derbyshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for children and families. This includes managing staff, maintaining records, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of up to £47,008 - £58,240 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a range of employee benefits including a company pension scheme, travel expenses, and Blue Light Card discounts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience working in social care, a Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma (or equivalent), and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care Children & Young People Services. You will also need to be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
