The Role: As a Child and Family Support Specialist, you will conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments, supporting families experiencing complex difficulties. You will write comprehensive and evidence-based reports, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources, and support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults is a key responsibility of this role.

Our Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. Experience of completing the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme is desirable. You should have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem, as well as excellent communication skills and empathy. Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure are essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation and social theory. Working as part of a team and being willing to learn and go the extra mile are also essential qualities for this role.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
