Team Manager - Child and Family Support

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Manager to lead our Child and Family Support Centre in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact on families' lives and delivering high-quality support and guidance.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting families experiencing complex difficulties, providing intensive and round-the-clock support, and implementing effective parenting interventions. They will also mentor and develop less experienced staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, with a proven track record of effective team leadership.
  • Leadership qualities, experience in mentoring, and a genuine desire to improve lives and deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • A competitive salary range from £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.16 inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month).
